Shipping policy

With every order we try our best to ship within two days. We ship with the Royal Mail using standard shipping which delivers Mon-Fri and takes an average of 3-5 business days to arrive. Of course we can't guarantee this but it's a rough guideline.

We package all orders using 100% recycled mailers which are reusable, please reuse them wherever possible!

If you have missed your delivery slot and/or the Royal Mail failed to deliver your parcel, instructions on how to reschedule delivery can be found on their website.
