Refund policy

You've received your item/s, but something's not right? To open an enquiry about a return please read the information below to check if you are eligible for a return. If yes, start by sending us an email to ... 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received in and with tags still attached. All orders must be returned in their original packaging.  

Once we receive your email we will be in touch regarding the enquiry and if a return request is accepted we will send you a return shipping label, once your order arrives back with us and is checked over, if everything is okay we will issue a full/partial refund depending on the circumstances discussed via email. 

Note: All items listed are Vintage worn items, preloved items should always be expected to show minor signs of wear as they have been washed/worn previously and have in some cases been made many years ago, but any major faults will be listed in the description of the item. If an item is genuinely damaged or faulty a return will be accepted. We don't accept returns for any other reason at this time, measurements available on request. Only when we receive all items back can we issue a refund :)
